Everyone's need are
different so we have created our customer service training manuals and
other manuals in 3 different formats. Each format has it's own set of
advantages and possible disadvantages as well. We want you to get the
most out of your training experience and that sometimes means choosing
the best format for your particular needs.
Below is a listing of our
different formats along with some information to help you decide which
format is right for you. Of course, you could decide to purchase the
same title in more than one format. that way you can have the best of
both world's if you are undecided.
PDF or E-Book Format
This is the original format that all our customer
service training manuals and other titles came in. It is extremely
versatile as you can load the file on any computer and view it on your
screen. You can save a copy at the office or at home and access it on
PDF's are viewable with an Adobe PDF viewer which
is available for FREE at Adobe.com. However, almost every computer that
we have ever seen has had this popular add-on installed. With w PDF you
can print out sections to use as a reference if you so desire.
The disadvantage for some people is that you have
to be in front of your computer or laptop in order to view the
The advantages are usually lower cost, the ability
to print and instant delivery. You can view your purchase within a
minute or two of completing the payment process.
PDF versions are sold directly through this
website through our own Secure Digital Delivery System. We use PayPal
for all payments so you can pay by credit or debit cards or even by e-
check. (Delivery time for check orders is longer as we need to wait for
the check to clear.)
With the arrival of electronic readers like the
Kindle, the demand for customer service training publications soon began
to increase. to meet this demand we have produced Kindle versions of our
manuals for use on handheld readers and on IPADS as well. For use on the
IPAD, all you have to do is download the FREE Kindle App from the app
store and you can view Kindle files on your IPAD.
Advantages of this format are portability and ease
of use as well as the instant delivery through the Amazon Whispernet
The disadvantage is that you cannot print out any
parts of the publication.
Kindle format purchases are handled directly
through Amazon and their own payment processes. Amazon delivers the
books to you through their own delivery system, Whispernet.
Some people still love the feel of holding a book
when they read. (We are a lot like that!). Most of our titles are also
being offered in paperback form for those who like having a physical
Advantages of a paperback is that it is easy to
use as a resource when you need it. flipping through to the exact page
may be easier with a paperback. Writing notes in the margins and other
markings are also things some people like to do.
Disadvantages of paperbacks are a somewhat higher
price and you usually have to wait several days or more in order for
your copy to be delivered.
This is usually the best option for companies or
groups where they want to train many people and get a uniform training
Paperback purchases are handled through Amazon and
Amazon handles the shipping and delivery as well. The exception to this
would be for large quantity orders which are handled by us on a special
order basis. Those orders are paid through PayPal.
NOTE: While the content in all versions is almost
identical, there might be slight differences, mostly in formatting, with
the print versions. this is due to the different printing requirements
of physical books which require different margins than electronic books.
The content quality and information is all formats is virtually the same
except for these minor differences.
Regardless of the format chosen, the
purchase price of each title includes the rights for use by one person.
