For ovber 40 years, the staff at CSTI has been committed to providing the very best customer service training materials and services. Our commitment has been unwavering and we take great pride in helping businesses and individuals improve their skills, learn new skills, and bring a higher level of customer service into their lives.
One problem we have faced almost since the beginning is finding resources when we needed them. sure, they're out there but it is just so time consuming and difficult to find them! That's what orinally lead us to creating our own Customer Service Training Manuals and products. But as great and awesome as our products are, there are some other good resources out there that might be of interest to our visotors and customers. So we decided to create the CSTI Customer Service Store.
Here in our Customer Service Store, you can find just about everything you will ever need pertaining to customer service, business training, personal improvement training, and sales training. You see, all of these topics are related and several products span across a few of these same topics! So we felt it would be a dis-service not to include other resources on our site as well. After all, we wanted to get the best training materials and resources all together in one spot for you so here you will find everything you likely will ever need. Rest assured, however, our primary focus still is, and always will be, customer service and Customer Service Training.
Another area which we started branching out into a couple of years ago, is using new and improved skills to help people find new and better jobs. Our economy has hit a rough spot and it is harder today than ever before to find a new job or try and get a better one. But we realized early on that there was a way of using the skills taught in Customer Service training, to greatly improve their chances of landing their next dream job! So on this site we will also provide resources dedicated to improving peoples chances of getting a new or better job. As we said, many of the resources found on this site, and in this store, span many different topics and needs. We have done our best to provide you with the very best resources we know of!
Don't make the mistake of thinking you don't need this type of training. The benefits of Customer Service Training are too numerous to mention and these benefits are not only in your business life but also in your personal life! Even so, it is important to keep continually improving yourself. As those around us improve their skills, we must too just to keep pace. If our skills and talents remain the same while others improve, that's the same as moving backwards!
We are a firm believer in self-paved training. Self-paced training means that YOU control the pace at which you learn. Not an instructor and certainly not other members of a class or seminar. when you are able to train at a pace that is comfortable to you, results come faster and easier. There is always far less frustration as well! Every product displayed in this site features a self-paced training experience. Books are perfect ways to learn because they are always there for you when you need them. that is unlike a seminar or class taught by an instructor.
There is no ideal plan for someone to improve their skills or to guide someone on which skills they need to learn. However, we strongly embrace the concept of constant improvement. Now that doesn't mean you constantly study, read, take classes or attend seminars. No one can keep that up for very long! Instead, we suggest that you make a commitment to learn something new every year. At least one new skill or improve an existing one. That's the minimum. You can always do more if you need or want to. But always learn something new every year. This helps you keep your skills current, increases your value in the marketplace and also helps you keep your mind sharp.
